Customer is to SEND PAYMENT first. A nonrefundable deposit of 1/3 the order must be paid first. The deposit is to insure reserving a slot. After receiving deposit I will begin working on your horse. I will update frequently with progress photos and emails or calls. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me a reference for the color that you want painted on your horse! It is very important as the artist to work from a visual to get the exact color you want. A reference can be a personal photo, link from the internet, a scanned picture, or any combination of these. Please remember that giving me a reference photo will allow me to get as close to the color you want possible, if not exact.

Time payments are accepted. Your horse must be paid off in TWO MONTHS. If payment is not paid off by the two - month mark, I will keep the horse for myself and refund you of any payments made after the deposit. Horse will not be shipped until payments are complete.

If at any time you decide to back out of an order, and the horse is in progress, I will keep the deposit, refund you of any other payments made, and send you back a WHITE REPRIMED horse. If the piece is already completed and you decide to back out, you will still need to pay for the work that was done, and the horse will be sent to you (completed) anyway. After that, it is your choice as to what you want to do with the piece.

Please do not ask me to rush a commission. Each horse is different and takes TIME. I can only do my best to work quickly, but I do not want to risk the quality of the piece. Rushing artwork is not worthwhile, and it will reflect in the paintjob.

Turnaround time for each horse varies on the color, detailing, and if its plastic or resin. Please allow ONE MONTH per horse. However, I often finsih a horse within a few weeks, and one month is just the normal maximum.

As for LSQ (live show quality), I am always improving and upping my standards in my work. LSQ is often a matter of opinion. I do believe, however, that my work is LSQ if I have the proper time to fully enhance details when painting your horse. I try my very best to get as close to LSQ and better.

I have full rights to use any and all pictures of horses taken before, during, or after commission is completed for promotional purposes. Pictures will NOT be used for photo showing or anything of that nature. They are strictly for promotional purposes and that is all.
